<p> Kopenhag&#8217;daki liman cephesi için karakteristik olan eski binaların modern bir yorumu. 3 kütleden oluşan projeyi daha da güzelleştiren bir detay ise çevresiyle kurduğu ilişki ve proje sürecinde çevre sakinlerinin kütle yüksekliği ve yapı malzemesi konularında fikirlerinin alınmış </p>

<p> Mevcut depoların devamı olarak tasarlanan Krøyers Plads’in çatı yükseklikleri çevredeki binaların çatı yükseklikleri ile aynı. Ayrıca deniz kenarına oluşturulan halk meydanı ve kamusal işlevler içeren zemin kat, kent içinde kullanışlı bir mekan oluşturmuş. </p>

<p> Tasarımın yaklaşımı, limanlara bakan ızgaralar, ağır ifade, bina yüksekliği gibi eski depoların tüm önemli özelliklerini hem işlevsel hem de iklimsel talepleri karşılayan modern bir konut tasarım parametrelerine çevirmekti. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 class="short_body">Ailelerin kent merkezinde kaliteli ve hesaplı bir yaşam sürebilmeleri için Werkt tarafından <span>Kopenhag, </span><span>Danimarka&#8217;da </span>&#8220;The Helmet House&#8221; tasarlandı.</h2>
<p>Kent içinde ki nüfus yoğunluğu arttığı için kent merkezlerinde orta düzeyde bir gelire sahip olan ailelerin bütçelerine uygun ev bulmaları zorlaşıyor. Bundan dolayı &#8220;The Helmet House&#8221; tasarımı ile bahçe alanından çok fazla azaltmadan inşaat alanının büyütülmesi istendi.Evin mevcuttaki kütlesine büyük müdahalelerde bulunulmadan evin kat sayısı ikiye çıkarıldı. Sıradan bir ev olağanüstü mimariye dönüştü.</p>

Üst kattan sarkıtılan merdivenin birinci kat zemini ile asla temas etmiyor ve bu sayede iki birim arasında ki geçiş daha tanımlı bir hale geliyor.</p>

<p>Evin ilk katında olan pencereler korundu ve bazıları restore edildi. Aynı zamanda cephede yeni pencere açılarak evin ışıktan son derece faydalanması sağlandı.</p>
